Privacy Policy

DriveDrop is a panel (extension) for Adobe Premiere Pro, made by Body Ghazy. It exports a sequence from Premiere Pro and uploads the video to a Google Drive folder you choose. This policy explains what information DriveDrop accesses, how it's used, where it's stored, and your choices.

The short version

DriveDrop runs entirely on your computer. There is no DriveDrop server, no account with us, no analytics and no ads. (Purchases are handled by our store; see “Purchases” below.)
Your videos and Google data go only between your computer and Google. We never receive, see, store or sell them.
DriveDrop can only access files and folders you create with it or choose yourself in Google's folder picker.

Google user data DriveDrop accesses

When you sign in with Google, DriveDrop asks for one permission: “See, edit, create, and delete only the specific Google Drive files you use with this app” (drive.file). With it, DriveDrop can:

Folders you pick or create in DriveDrop: read their name and link, create folders when you ask, and, if you turn on “Anyone with the link can view”, set that sharing option on the new folder.
Videos you upload: upload the exported video file into the chosen folder, and check file names there so a new upload doesn't replace an existing one.
Basic account information: your name, email address and profile picture, shown in the panel so you know which account is signed in.
Storage usage: how much of your Google Drive storage is used and available, to warn you when a video won't fit.

DriveDrop cannot see any other files in your Google Drive.

How DriveDrop uses this data

Only to provide its features: showing your folders and account, uploading your exports, giving you the folder link, and checking free space. It isn't used for advertising, profiling, or any other purpose, and it isn't used to train AI or machine-learning models.

Where data is stored

Your sign-in: Google's refresh token is stored encrypted on your computer (Windows Data Protection on Windows, the login Keychain on macOS).
Your settings: the list of folders you picked (their names, IDs and links), export settings, and language are saved in a settings file on your computer.
Your exports: exported videos are saved in the folder on your computer shown in the panel, then uploaded to your Google Drive.

Nothing is stored anywhere else by DriveDrop.

Sharing

DriveDrop doesn't share, sell or transfer your data to anyone. Data goes only to Google's own services (Google sign-in, Google Drive API, Google Picker) to perform the actions you request. If you make a folder viewable by anyone with the link, people you give that link to can see its contents; that's a Google Drive sharing setting you control.

Purchases

When you buy DriveDrop, the payment is processed by our online store (the merchant of record), not by DriveDrop. The store collects what it needs for the sale, such as your name, email address, country and payment details, under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email address and order details so we can send you the download, answer support requests and handle refunds. We never receive your full card details, and we don't use your email for marketing without your permission.

Limited Use

DriveDrop's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your choices and deleting data

Sign out in the panel's settings: this deletes the saved sign-in from your computer and revokes DriveDrop's access token.
Remove access at any time from your Google Account: myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Delete local data by uninstalling DriveDrop and deleting its settings folder (see How to install › Uninstall).
Videos and folders in your Google Drive are yours. Delete them in Google Drive whenever you like.

Children

DriveDrop is a professional video tool and isn't directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.

DriveDrop إضافة (لوحة) لبرنامج Adobe Premiere Pro، عملها Body Ghazy. الإضافة بتصدّر السيكوينس من Premiere Pro وترفع الفيديو على فولدر Google Drive إنت بتختاره. السياسة دي بتوضّح الإضافة بتوصل لإيه من معلومات، وبتستخدمها إزاي، وبتتحفظ فين، وإيه اختياراتك.

باختصار

DriveDrop شغال بالكامل على جهازك. مفيش سيرفر لـ DriveDrop، ولا حساب عندنا، ولا تحليلات، ولا إعلانات. (الشراء بيتم عن طريق المتجر بتاعنا، شوف «الشراء» تحت.)
الفيديوهات وبيانات جوجل بتاعتك بتتنقل بس بين جهازك وجوجل. إحنا عمرنا ما بنستلمها ولا بنشوفها ولا بنخزّنها ولا بنبيعها.
DriveDrop يقدر يوصل بس للملفات والفولدرات اللي بتعملها بيه أو بتختارها بنفسك من نافذة اختيار الفولدرات بتاعة جوجل.

بيانات جوجل اللي DriveDrop بيوصل لها

لما بتسجّل دخول بجوجل، DriveDrop بيطلب صلاحية واحدة: «عرض وتعديل وإنشاء وحذف ملفات Google Drive اللي بتستخدمها مع التطبيق ده بس» (drive.file). بيها DriveDrop يقدر:

الفولدرات اللي بتختارها أو بتعملها في DriveDrop: يقرا اسمها ولينكها، ويعمل فولدرات لما تطلب، ولو شغّلت «أي حد معاه اللينك يقدر يشوف» يظبط إعداد المشاركة ده على الفولدر الجديد.
الفيديوهات اللي بترفعها: يرفع ملف الفيديو المصدَّر في الفولدر اللي اخترته، ويشوف أسماء الملفات هناك عشان الرفع الجديد مايكتبش فوق ملف موجود.
بيانات الحساب الأساسية: اسمك وإيميلك وصورتك، وبتظهر في اللوحة عشان تعرف أنهي حساب مسجّل.
مساحة التخزين: المستخدم والفاضي من مساحة Google Drive، عشان ينبّهك لو الفيديو مش هيكفي.

DriveDrop مايقدرش يشوف أي ملفات تانية على Google Drive بتاعك.

DriveDrop بيستخدم البيانات دي إزاي

بس عشان يقدّم مميزاته: عرض فولدراتك وحسابك، ورفع التصديرات، وإعطاءك لينك الفولدر، وفحص المساحة الفاضية. مش بتُستخدم في إعلانات أو تحليل شخصي أو أي غرض تاني، ومش بتُستخدم لتدريب أي نماذج ذكاء اصطناعي.

البيانات بتتحفظ فين

تسجيل الدخول: مفتاح جوجل (refresh token) بيتحفظ متشفّر على جهازك (Windows Data Protection على الويندوز، والـ Keychain على الماك).
الإعدادات: قايمة الفولدرات اللي اخترتها (أسماءها وأرقامها ولينكاتها)، وإعدادات التصدير، واللغة، بتتحفظ في ملف إعدادات على جهازك.
التصديرات: الفيديوهات المصدَّرة بتتحفظ في الفولدر اللي على جهازك والظاهر في اللوحة، وبعدين بتترفع على Google Drive بتاعك.

DriveDrop مش بيحفظ أي حاجة في أي مكان تاني.

المشاركة

DriveDrop مش بيشارك ولا بيبيع ولا بينقل بياناتك لأي حد. البيانات بتروح بس لخدمات جوجل نفسها (تسجيل الدخول، Google Drive API، Google Picker) عشان ينفّذ اللي بتطلبه. لو خلّيت فولدر متاح لأي حد معاه اللينك، اللي هتديهم اللينك يقدروا يشوفوا محتواه، وده إعداد مشاركة في Google Drive إنت اللي بتتحكم فيه.

الشراء

لما بتشتري DriveDrop، الدفع بيتم عن طريق المتجر الإلكتروني بتاعنا (البائع الرسمي)، مش عن طريق DriveDrop. المتجر بياخد اللي محتاجه للبيع، زي اسمك وإيميلك وبلدك وبيانات الدفع، حسب سياسة الخصوصية بتاعته. إحنا بيوصلنا اسمك وإيميلك وتفاصيل الطلب عشان نبعتلك التحميل ونرد على الدعم ونتعامل مع الاسترجاع. عمرنا ما بيوصلنا رقم الكارت كامل، ومش هنستخدم إيميلك في تسويق من غير إذنك.

Limited Use

استخدام DriveDrop للمعلومات اللي بتيجي من Google APIs، ونقلها لأي تطبيق تاني، هيكون ملتزم بـ Google API Services User Data Policy، ومنها شروط Limited Use.

اختياراتك ومسح البيانات

تسجيل الخروج من إعدادات اللوحة: بيمسح تسجيل الدخول المحفوظ من جهازك وبيلغي صلاحية DriveDrop.
شيل الصلاحية في أي وقت من حساب جوجل: myaccount.google.com/permissions.
امسح البيانات المحلية بإزالة DriveDrop ومسح فولدر إعداداته (شوف طريقة التثبيت › إزالة الإضافة).
الفيديوهات والفولدرات اللي على Google Drive ملكك، وتقدر تمسحها من Google Drive وقت ما تحب.

الأطفال

DriveDrop أداة مونتاج احترافية ومش موجّهة للأطفال أقل من 13 سنة.

التعديلات

لو السياسة دي اتغيّرت، النسخة الجديدة هتتنشر في الصفحة دي بتاريخ جديد.
